 Hydrolyzed vegetable protein

 Tomatoes
 Autolyzed yeast
 Except that, various processed food products, such as frozen food, spice mix, sauce hot sauce, sausage, and powdered broth, also contain high enough MSG, so should be avoided if your body is sensitive to   food additives.

 MSG is also can be found naturally in various protein-rich foods, eg poultry, meat, and food  seafood, as well as vegetables, such as mushrooms and broccoli.
