 When tired in the middle of busy, sleeping for a while on a bench can be a solution to restore power.  But, do you know you?  Sleeping while sitting no always good for health, you know.
 Not only when resting in between pause working hours, sleeping while sitting also usually done when on a long trip by vehicle  four-wheeled or airplane.  except that, there are some conditions health that make sufferers more comfortable to sleep sitting up.

 Sleeping while sitting actually is fine.  Though, this position could provide benefits to some conditions.
